I saw a boy playing cricket. (Active voice)
A boy was seen by me playing cricket.
The subject 'I' in the first sentence is changed to object in the passive form. Similarly, 'a boy' is the object in the second sentence which is changed to subject in the active form. The tense is 'simple past' which remains unchanged.
