C.P=3a,

then
profit=4a-3a=a,

hence

%profit=a/3a ×100,

=100/3,
=33.33%

C.P of 9 article = Rs.9
S.P of 9 articles = Rs.12
Gain percent=(1/3*100)%=33.33%
