I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence;
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less travelled by,
And that has made all the difference.
Explain this passage with reference and content of poem The Road Not Taken

two roads diverged in wood it means that there are two different roads seperated from each other

I took the one less traveled by it means the narrator took the road which was less traveled

and that has made all the difference it means that the narrator has took the road which is more traveled but the narrator don't know it

hope it helps

if I have to explain u

I can tell u the summary

it means that the author is trying to say or convince that he was walking in the woods means forest and he got lost so as he was walking by he found two roads diverging each other and I means I here is the author who is saying that as there were two roads the first road was v. less travelled so he took that road

AND

THAT HAS MADE All THE DIFFERENCE

it means that the author didn't followed the path made by any other person for everyone to follow

despite of that he made a new path for everyone to follow........

This is my understanding of the poem

so I think it helps u mate
