  1. The Central theme of the poem is about the wind that takes the shape of a Tornado. Here it is described of possessing human qualities and feelings such as happiness and being mischievous too. It goes around everywhere making commotion and destroying and chasing things.
  2. We come ro know that weak fires are blown off by wind whereas the strong winds are flourished by wind which means the people who lack confidence and are not determined, they are defeated by problems of our life but people with strong determination and will defeat every problem in their life
  3. The wind pokes fun at weaklings by crumbling their lives,crumbling their houses,rafters,and causing devastation.it winnows the weaklings out of the the strong ones and crushes them all.
  4. Why does the poet plead with the wind to blow softly? Ans: When the wind blows softly, it is harmless and enjoyable but when it blows fiercely, it wreaks havoc. Therefore, the poet wants the wind to be gentle and soft.
  5. Extremely violent winds, heavy rains causing floods and storm tides (combination of storm surge and astronomical tides) causing coastal inundation, are the destructive factors associated with tropical cyclones and are responsible for the large scale loss of life and property.
