Two lines from the poem which would justify the answer are as follows:

'No prophet durst declare;

Nor did the wisest wizard guessed '

The above lines are from the poem ' When I set out for Lyonnesse by Thomas Hardy.

Here the poet was an architect and he went to Lyonnesse for a supervision work on Church. By these two lines he meant, no one could predict or declare his stay at Lyonnesse , not even the founder of religion or the wisest wizard.

ii. In the second stanza when the poet finally reached to the Lyonnesse, he was very happy to see the sight. He told that no prophet and even the wisest wizards could guess experiences, that poet would have at the mythological place Lyonnesse. Even poet couldn’t predict his future himself. For a poet it was a best day to visit Lyonnesse that gave an enormous joy which cannot be measured by someone.
