3/5 × X =2000
X=2000×5÷3
$2000 \times 5 \div 3$
10k/3=3.333

amount spent be = rs 3x/5
according to the problem given,

x-3x/5=2000

(5x-3x)/5=2000

2x/5=2000

x=2000*5/2

there fore x= 5000
