If i would be a trader . From begining i will create employment by appointing people which have some of the idea of work , and the people who are physically strong to whome i will use as Workers . In first i will give them less sallaty but as i will earn profit i will increase there sallary for some ammount . If i am a trader of Goods and Spices. I will buy the spices from India and sell it to the all malls in foreign countries and i will earn almost 1000Rs from 20 Rs Spices. And then i will become a successful Trader.
