 Previously \: we \: have \: got \\ \\ \boxed{4{x}^{2} + \frac{1}{4{x}^{2}} = 171 } \\ \\ Squaring \: on \: both \: sides... \\ \\ \underline{{(a+b) }^{2} = {a}^{2} + {b}^{2} + 2ab} \\ \\ 16{x}^{4} + \frac{1}{16{x}^{4}} + 2 \times \cancel{4{x}^{2}}  \times \frac{1}{\cancel{4{x}^{2}}} = 169 \times 169  \\ \\ 16{x}^{4} + \frac{1}{16{x}^{4}} + 2 = 28561 \\ \\ 16{x}^{4} + \frac{1}{16{x}^{4}} = 28561 - 2  \\ \\ \huge\boxed{16{x}^{4} + \frac{1}{16{x}^{4}} = 28559 }
