Answer:

Perimeter is 42 Meter

Area Is 108 Square Meter

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Length Be X

So Breadth Will Be X - 3

Since Each Angle Of Rectangle Is 90

Therefore

(x)^2 + (x-3)^2 = (15)^2

(x)^2  + (x)^2 + 9 - 6x = 225

2(x)^2 - 6x = 216

(x)^2 - 3x - 108 = 0

(x)^2 - 12x + 9x -108 = 0

x(x - 12) + 9(x - 12)

(x - 12) (x + 9)

x = 12, -9

Length Cannot Be Negative

so Length is 12

Hence Breadth Is 9

Therefore

Perimeter is 2 ( Length + Breadth)

                    2 ( 12 + 9 )

                    2 ( 21 )

                    42 Meter

Area Is Length x Breadth

12 x 9

108 Square Meter
