We are given that a wire in the shape of an equilateral triangle of side 24cm is bent into the shape of a square.
So, 4x = 74
x = 18
Side of square = 18cm
Area of square = side = 18 = 324cm
Hence the side of square is 18cm and the area of square is 324 square cm
