Answer:

1) X+(-3/10) = -7/15

=> X-3/10 = -7/15

=> X = -7/15 + 3/10

=> X= 2(-7)+3(3)/30

=> X = -14+9/30

=> X = -1/6.

2) X+1/3 = -5

=> X = -5-1/3

=> X = -5/1 - 1/3

=> X = 3(-5)-1/3

=> X= -15-1 /3

=> X = -16/3

3) X+(-4) = -2/3

=> X = -2/3+4

=> X = -2/3+4/1

=> X = -2+3(4)/3

=> X = -2+12/3

=> X = 10/3
