I think it's not really the right question to be asked here but still, I think this could be useful for psychology students out there....can some one please help me, how to stop negative thinking and over thinking, and being anxious and emotional?? because I checked every website on the internet nothing really works out...? maximum 2 days I can follow that from the third day am back to my original way......pls help

There is nothing bad about being anxious or emotional. Being a human every do become emotional or overthink. But you need to understand believe that everything that you think doesnot happen. May be there were something that you thought about that you wanted to happen but it didnot so if good things dont happen happen always why will bad things happen? You donot need any method to stop this. You need yourself to mend things. Life is not that bad. Let your emotions flow. Believe in Yourself.
