I think its answer should be A or D but its answer is B.How?

Technically speaking it has already been said that you are on a frictionless surface. So:
1. You cannot jump because in the absence of friction you'll fall
2. You cannot even roll. Again because of absence of friction.
3. After all this you can be sure that you can't run
But if you sneeze or spit the molecules which you eject push the air molecules which reacts back and pushes you. Since you are on a frictionless surface even that small propulsion is enough to set you into infinite motion (I. E till the frictionless plane ends).
This happens even under normal conditions but due to the high value of frictional force you don't move.
