I think of a number and I subtract 14 from the number and triple the differences the result is two third of the number find the original number​

Answer:

Then 3 (x-14)= 2/3 x

Multiplying by 3 we get

9(x-14)=2x

Multipy out to get rid of brackets we get

9x-126=2x

So 9x-2x=126

7x=126

x =126/7

x=18
