I took RS 1000 from A and RS 500 from B. After that I spent the total RS 1000 in shopping. Then I am left with 500... I felt hungry so I spent 300 in hotel.. After that I was left with RS 200... I gave 100 to A and 100 to B. Then I should have RS 1300 to pay back the same money... If I add the 300 I spent in hotel then the total amount will be 1600... But I borrowed only 1500... How that extra 100 came Explain...

Hi friend,

Solution :-

Total libialities =( R.s 900 + 400) = 1300 ( this is your addition to your fund, so it is your credit which you need to repay)

Expenses = loss + shopping
= 1000 + 300
= 1,300 ( this is gone out from your fund)

Thus , in essence , we need to subtract shopping from liabilities, not add shopping with liabilities....i hope it helps you
