1. Complementary angles sum up to 90.

Ratio = 3:6

So, 3x + 6x = 90

9x = 90

x = 90/9 = 10°

Now the angles are-

3x = 3×10 = 30°

6x = 6×10 = 60°

2. Very sorry but I am unable to understand (ii) part.
