SO TO CHANGE THIS TO POSITIVE 3 WE NEED TO WRITE IN DENOMINATOR

LIKE 1/17^3 NOW THIS EXPONENT IS A POSITIVE INTEGER

SIMILARLY IN 2 ONE 4^7÷4^11 WOULD BE 4^-4 BY LAWS OF EXPONENTS

NOW 4^-4 AS POSITIVE EXPONENT WOULD BE 1/4^4 SO IN THIS THE EXPONENT 4 IS POSITIVE

THIS IS WRITTEN IN FORM a^-b = 1/a^b where first b was negative and now when this is in denominator b is positive
