■ as the taxi have to wait or leave at the interval of every 15 min.

➡️ for 1st taxi , he have to wait 15 minutes.

➡️ for 2nd taxi , he had to wait another 15 minutes.

➡️ for 3rd, another 15 min.

➡️ and for 4th, other 15 minutes.

As Tamim is in 4th taxi , he had to wait the total interval of

4 × 15

= 60 mins or 1 hr.
