develop a hobby , offline obviously .
like writing .
reading stories .
go out and play any game you like . although restrictions are there due to covid , but you could easily call a couple of friends from your neighborhood .
if you have friends in neighbourhood , call them . sit together . do something you all are intersted in .
try to sing .
go walk on terrace at evening , it'll clear your head and help you think better .
look at sky in the evening you'll definitely feel good.
