One minute will fly by. You need some fun facts that you can spit out that will entertain and amuse, possibly shock. What about bungee jumping, or extreme diving (off cliffs) or white-water rafting? Google these, and/or adventure activities and you will get tons of words and facts to use. Make short sentences, but put in a few facts and statistics. (How many people had serious accidents last year doing this? And so on.)
