A person who works hard, who toils in the fields everyday and earns as less as 30 rupees per day - he is a farmer. What we all know is that a farmer is someone who grows crops to earn a living. But there are other farmers too. We have farmers who own a poultry farm, farmers who own a dairy farm and farmers who breed fish for meat.

Today, all the efforts of a farmer; all his hardwork is forgotten by us. We simply waste food and do not realise how many people are the reason for the food that we eat. It is high-time that we realise the importance of food.
