Motivation is needed by someone when he is not able to do something, At that point if someone can motivate him wisely then It can be the most helpful thing for that person. Being good at motivating someone is a true blessing, You can't motivate someone towards something if you aren't perfect in that. So it takes a lot of Hardwork to be good at motivating.
Good way to motivate someone is to not share your bad feelings with that person because if that person needs Motivation then it means that he is already having a lot of bad situations in his life and he wants you to motivate him to overcome that times, At that time discussing your own problems doesn't make you good to motivate someone.
Also, Best way to motivate someone is to make that person realize the real meaning of success as well as positivity in life. People usually don't get motivated when someone is not able to motivate them uniquely. Motivation should be something which can be helpful for that person, and It should be that great that the person who wanted your motivation would become a motivation himself.

Actually, Motivation is an act to provoke somebody for something good to do. When people are Frustrated from their fellow beings or from their life, they need something to proceed in their life that we call Motivation. It involves need of something, Goals and Something Greed too.

When we are commited to our Goal, many times in the way we fail, some people give up but the one who is Very Devoted to his Goal make efforts again and again and he/she is motivated to do better next time from their parents, teacher, friends or siblings. And if he move Smartly and with Determination he accomplishes his goal.

Sometimes, when we are in greed of something, then we put our heart & soal in it. Although it's a greed but the way of doing decides that what it is called. If he is determine to his work and is very Motivated then he succed in it.
