Take a wooden thick cardboard . And then you know what to do, connect all the wires . I might be given in your book.

first take a small bulb , battery, electric switch and

3 pieces of wires and then connect one end of a wire with one end of the bulb and connect it's another end with one end of the switch . Now take another wire and connect it's one end with the another end of the bulb and connect it's another end with the one end of the battery . Now take the last piece of wire and connect it's one end with the another end of battery and then at last connect it's another end of the switch.

Now your circuit is completed ,when you will no the switch the bulb will glow and when you will off the switch the bulb will not glow.
