Our first duty towards our neighbours should be to make them feel welcomed and for this conversation is the key.
Our second duty should be to help them when they need some assistance or advice from us, without interfering in their personal affairs and without breaching their privacy.
Other duties includes things like keeping the neighbourhood clean and tidy. It should be the responsibility of everyone living in that locality to keep the place clean.
Also, we should avoid making noises by playing loud music, using different electronic equipment's, etc. to produce noise that could disturb them.
And, most importantly we should be friendly with our neighbours, a warm smile can do a lot of favours.
