They say that the lucky ones are the most successful individuals in the societies. However, whether succeeds out of luck or not, hard work is required to remain successful. People have succeeded in their careers through hard work. Career development for an individual demands a lot of hard work and dedication. Hard work is the most important key to success. There is no shortcut. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for the better opportunity to come. Hard work is the basis for everything worthwhile you will achieve in life. Hard work is the key and not chance or luck.

A farmer cannot reap a harvest without tilling the land, sowing the seeds and irrigating his cultivation. Success is something that someone has to work hard to accomplish. Hard work needs determination, patience and discipline otherwise we may give up halfway or even at the point of achieving success. Hard work gives us the opportunity to develop self-discipline and improve ourselves. In turn we will become more efficient and productive. We are constantly improving our skills and developing new ones as we work hard.
