It could be anything of your interest. For instance, if you are interested in tennis, you could talk of the recent Wimbledon tournament. How Serena Williams has won 22 Grand Slams and has finally equalized the record of Stefi Graf.  If you are interested in football, talk of the recent EURO tournament which Portugal by defeating the home team France.  This was Portugal's first win against France since 1974 and therefore very special. 

Look within and find out what your interests are. Once you determine that, look for a news item related to that.
