Without health you fall into the deep pit
Of diseases and ailments; if you care a bit
About your health, then work out with grit.
Fast-food, TV, smart-phones are the greatest banes
To one's health and inflict enormous pains,
And physically, mentally, and emotionally drain the brain.
So , there is one advice to one and all,
Keep your health above all;
Otherwise you won't be able to enjoy
