*Cripps Mission which came to India to win India's cooperation in second World War had failed and the government blamed the Congress for it's failure.
*Japan continued to advance towards India.
*The Congress leadership was convinced that the government was not serious in defending India.
*And also the main reason is that to finish British rule in India once and for all.
