Day and night pass us by,
we see no evil and hear no evil
This stance was an old ideology, why?
For we live in present times, which are pretty lethal.
Why so lethal, we may ask?
Its the pollution and commotion at every stance,
We seek to form a better India,
To protect ones-self from every form of bacteria.
How can we protect ourselves?
We can by staying fit and healthy,
With too much pressure we might be overwhelmed
But, good health means, truly, India is getting wealthy.
Follow the fit India movement!
Don't ignore it.
This movement will bring us joy
The motto is only to join hands and stay fit!.

That's what the wise men have said;
All achievements; all goals can be grabbed,
If one maintains fitness through yogic breath.
Work, play, exercise, and nutrition keep you fit;
Agility, alacrity and smart activities make you super hit;
Without health, you fall into the deep pit
Of diseases and ailments; if you care a bit,
About your health, then work out with grit.
