Everyone I the world seek for a good bonded relationship but only a few get it others are left alone or cheated by a fake one. Anyone who has a nice relationship is a one who lives in heaven.

Relationship is the basis of all help. Therefore, the relationship does and should develop around the act of helping the client. Helping the client is the purpose for which interaction takes place between the worker and client which is affected by their experiences of relating with people in the past, their expectations from each other and anxieties about the situation, philosophy (values and principles of life) governing their lives, prejudices, likings and norms of behaviour, knowledge and experience about the subject matter of interaction.

If we know and remain aware of these, our interaction will be more realistic. This requires training and experience in the social skill of active awareness. Development of relationships is also affected by the agency setting (e .g. medical settings, correctional settings, educational settings), time limits, capacities, motivations, expectations, purpose of the various units in the interaction; the nature of problem (simple, complicated, situational or personality problem, etc.) and the goals sought; and the personality make-up of the worker (maturity, helpfulness, sensitivity, courage, creativity etc.).
