According to me, it's a great move but one should be succeptible to a mix of trends like once a week with the team's Nd allignig goals and creating social events on weekends and most importantly organisations also must adjust its expectations according to the WFH concept which includes flexible working hours and many other initiatives which encourages the employee to perform his/her best.

Working from home is a solution but also a challenge including working environment in covid19 days. Maybe correct home working furniture can do something help ,start from physical release to metal release
