The fittest always survive in this world.It is well know fact that only the healthy and strong survive and the best example we can give sportsmen.They have to be on the toes always if not they will not be able to compete for the place in the area of their expertise.

YES  survival of the fittest  is always a game of this competitive world.the fittest people lives the greatest in this world.when we are unhealthy , we die very soon.most probably 10 years faster than a fit man.
in the life if the fittest man , he or she will always be given a lot of importance.so we should always be fit .
