I think all Americans should have the right to vote, regardless of age. Voting teaches people responsibility, social skills, and History. Just because someone is underage doesn't mean they can't have an opinion as well. Technically the US Constitution says anyone who passes the literacy test may vote, so if a child or teenager were to pass the literacy test, then they should have the right to vote.

we all know that India is a democratic country. officials are obeying democracy by following the term " universal adult franchise" . it allows each and every person who is above 18 or having age of 18 ...they can vote by looking at their wills ... morality and Prudentially! it is beneficial because after attaining knowledge we learned some moral and Prudential values .. which is important. basically these values lacks in youngsters and kids. after completing 18 years of life we are biologically fitted and mentally stronger and got some basic knowledge based values! whether we can decide or differentiate between right and wrong. in this manner universal adult franchise is important!!
