Yes I totally agree wd the above statement that the greatest threat to our society is that someone else will do it. In today's world the mentality of the people is changing from day to day they all are thinking that if we will not do then someone will surely do it but they never think that the other person can also think the same. We all are completely dependent on someone. But if one person will start thinking that this world is our land and we have to make it clean or we don't have to throw waste here and there then one day will come that many people will come and join us and also help us in preserving our planet earth. But no one is ready to come forward and help in contributing for the preservation and of planet earth. Whenever we ask someone that we have to do it they would clearly say that how can I do? I am alone and also no one is doing so why should I do. But they are totally wrong we have to change our mentality. In early times our planet was very clean it was known as golden bird because the people believed in togetherness they all lived together and they never had such a mentality like the people of today's generation is having. The places where clear streams were flowing is now been changed into drains. I don't know what's the problem of today's generation people. If they are asked to talk they can talk on useless topics for hours but if they are asked to do social service they will just simply say they are having many works they don't even want to do anything but want everything from the government that the government must do this do that and all but they are not ready to step forward even by a single step. They always used to say to people that what will happen to the planet it is so dirty, there is so much pollution but they are not thinking that they only are the reason behind it. People choose politicians to change the country. But as usual they blame someone else and we are left again like a man in between an isolated island. If this continues we fear off the future. In such situations future is in darkness. We need to take measures and give our upcoming generations a great future but that’s only possible when one finds him responsible and takes responsibility in saving our mother earth.

People cry out loud for ‘Global Warming’. Everyone knows what it is how it is caused, several awareness advertisements are given and children are taught through projects. But my question here is: Is that all required? Our work ends here? What about saving earth? Few Campaigns and Rallies cannot save environment. Strict rules should be made and followed. Why not every Ngo’s in the cities get-together and stop pollution, take initiative and help our earth. People will be ready to join but will not lead we can get many volunteers but all we need to is to start.

In the year 1998 a man named Vikas Chandra from Patna, came up with the motto of cleaning River Ganga. In his research he found that no one wants to take responsibility but he took. Was Ganga only his? Was it all only his duty? Those million people revere River Ganga as ‘Ganga Maa’, where were those people then? People worshiping this sacred river are the ones making it dirty? Government came up with action plans there are working today there are many changes but all the credit goes to the man who first initiated it.
