"swachh bol and swachh soch" are one of the greatest qualities a person must possess. The first indicates speaking the words that are true and pious, far from any sort of bad words or the meaning. The second one indicates the thinking that is always good for others, that is always concerned with the growth of others i.e. keeping no ill feeling about anyone. These both are devine properties and makes the person no less then God. The person possessing these qualities is always a person of great character. One and everyone must try to have these qualities.
