liberalism is a principle of politics which insists on liberty of individual as the first and foremost goal of public policy..iberty in this sence implies liberation form restraints -particularly form the restraints imposed by an authority sate. it involved the forced transfer of resources from the more competent to the less competent. in order to restore individual liberty they sought to Recive the problem principle of Laissez-faire not only in economic sphere but also in social and poltical spher. all neo-liberalism believe in the primacy of the spontaneous order of human relationships are exemplified in free markets. they deplore any poltics notably socialism which pretends to have definitive knowledge of human needs... no goverment earment can have such knowledge. in fact liberalism is not a fixed a group an institution or a set of rules enshrined in saied book are regarded as the source of authority I. e. legitimate power it's order or directions are required to be obeyed by all without questioning.. classical liberalism and the state are artificial institutions created by individuals to serve the common interest. they are entitled to demand obedience to their order from individuals on the condition of of fulfilling this function
