Cost of painting = Rs 3,300

Rate of painting = Rs 30 /m^2

Inner CSA = Cost / Rate

=> CSA = 3300 / 30

=> Inner CSA = 110 m^2

Now,

=> 2 pi r h = 110

=> 2 × 22 × r × 10 / 7 =110

=> r = 110 × 7 / 22 × 2 × 10

=> r = 11 × 7 / 44

=> r = 7 / 4

=> r = 1.75 m

Diameter of well = 3.5 m

Now,

Volume = pi r^2 h

= 22/7 × 7/4 × 7/4 ×10

= 22× 7 × 7 × 10 / 7 × 4×4

= 11 × 7 × 5 / 4

= 11× 35 /4 m^3

= 11 × 35 /4 × 1000 litres [ 1 m^3 = 1000 Litres

= 385 × 250

= 96250 litres
