SOLUTION :
———————
{ 4 to the power (-1) * 3 to the power (-1) } divided by 6 to the power (-1)

=> ( 1/4 * 1/3 ) divided by 1/6
( to remove the power (-1) we need to reciprocal the term )
=> 1/12 divided by 1/6
=> 1/12 * 6
( a/b divided by b/a = a/b (*) by a/b )
=> 1/2 ( ANSWER )

we \: know \:

a {}^{m}  \times  \: b {}^{m \:  = (ab) {}^{m} }

4 {}^{ - 1}  \times 3  {}^{ - 1}  = 12 {}^{ - 1}  \\ we \: know \\  \\  \frac{a {}^{ - m} }{b { }^{ - m} }  =   \frac{a {}^{ - m} }{b}  =  \:  \frac{b {}^{m} }{a}  \\ so \\  \\  \frac{12 {}^{ - 1} }{6 {}^{ - 1} }  = 2 {}^{ - 1}  =  \frac{1}{2}
