Answer:

In Question ( b) –

We can solve this Question by Three Methods, I'm going to show all of them :

Method 1

  • b = 18
  • c = 126
  • Find the value of ∠ O

We know that at a point it forms 360°, that's why sum of all the given angles will be equal to 360°

According to the Question :

⇒ ∠O + 7b° + 3b° + c° = 360°

⇒ ∠O + 10b° + c° = 360°

⇒ ∠O + 10(18) + 126° = 360°

⇒ ∠O + 180° + 126° = 360°

⇒ ∠O + 306° = 360°

⇒ ∠O = 360° - 306°

∠O = 54°

Hence, value of ∠O is equal to 54°

Method 2

We can see that AOB is a line, hence angle on it will be equal to 180°

According to the Question :

⇒ ∠AOC + ∠COB = 180°

⇒ ∠O + c° = 180°

⇒ ∠O + 126° = 180°

⇒ ∠O = 180° - 126°

∠O = 54°

Hence, value of ∠O is equal to 54°

Method 3

In a transverse Vertically opposite angles are always equal, in this given picture :

  • ∠AOC = ∠BOD and ∠AOD = ∠COB

According to the Question :

⇒ ∠AOC = ∠BOD

⇒ ∠O = 3b°

⇒ ∠O = 3 × 18

∠O = 54°

Hence, value of ∠O is equal to 54°
