I want calculation of why there is a time lag of 2 hours between Gujarat and Arunachal pradesh

Difference of latitudes between Gujrat ano Arunachal pradesh =20 longitudes.
As one longitude makes a difference of 4 minutes so, 20 longitudes will make a difference of = 20 ×4=120 Minutes= 2 hours
