1. what is menstruation? explain?
Answer:

Menstruation only happens in females who reached puberty.puberty is the first menstruation. ovaries release,females eggs,a.k.a ova one by one.means if,in a one period an egg is released by left ovary then the next one is released by the right ovary.this process of releasing ova is called ovulation.the time period taked to release another egg appr. is 28days. when ovary is released and if there are no sperms(male eggs) to fertilize it,the egg n the othr parts breaks down and comes out of the vagina with blood.this is called menstruation.normally it takes 3-5days to finish menstruation.

2. list changes in the body that takes place at puberty?
Answer :

(i) Sudden increase in height and weight.
(ii) Broadening of shoulders and widening of chest in boys. In girls, the region below waist becomes wider.
(iii) In boys, under the influence of hormones, the larynx becomes prominent, the vocal cords become longer and thicker. These changes cause the voice to become hoarse.
(iv) Appearance of hair in areas such as underarms, face, hands, and legs.
(v) Appearance of acne as a result of excessive secretion of oil from skin.

3.prepare a table having two column depicting names of endocrine glands and hormones depicted by them?
