Atishay -- Abhishek, What should we eat ?
Abhishek -- Atishay, I will order burger, pizza, noodles and momos for both of us.
Atishay -- No, my mom says we should eat healthy to stay fit and away from diseases.
Abhishek -- Come on Atishay don't be a mumma's boy.
Atishay -- Do you even know what are the consequences of having junk food.
1. It causes memory and learning problem.
2. It increases the risk of dementia.
3. It can cause depression.
Abhishek -- Sorry Atishay, I wasn't knowing that junk food is so harmful to our body. I promise I won't eat it ever.
Atishay -- Abhishek eat junk food but in control like having in once or twice in a month.
Abhishek -- Thank you so much Atishay for telling me the consequences of having junk food so frequently.
Atishay -- No thank you! As it was my responsibility to make you aware of the bad side of junk food.

Allie - Um, I think that it's cheeseburgers with a bag of chips. Sounds good right?!
Hannah - Yuck no! First of all junk food is SO bad for you!
Morgen - Well duh! It's not that bad though, is it?
Hannah - For one, eating junk food on a regular basis can lead to an increased risk of obesity and chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and some cancers.
Allie - Wow, I really don't want to eat lunch now!
Hannah and Morgen giggle.
Morgen - But guys, from now on can we try to eat healthier?
Allie - Yeah.
Hannah - Today we should take lunch option two. A salad!!
