i want disadvantages of abolishing 500,1000 notes

The disadvantage of ban of 500 n 1000 rs notes are common people and vry poor people who aren't having bank accounts or any kind of identity are facing problems of getting the notes exchange and also long queues are found in front of banks and it's real hard to exchange money. This has effected the common people more than the ppl with black money. This the idea of ban of these notes were gd the procedure or working of the system of exchange is not up to expectations....
