Example 1- Direct speech- He says, ‘’I am very confuse’’.  

Indirect speech- He says that he is very confused.

Example 2- Direct speech- She said, ‘’do it again’’

Indirect speech- She asked to do it again.

When we change from direct speech to indirect speech all commas should be removed. If direct speech tense are in present or future verb will not be changed in indirect speech. If direct speech is in past than only verb will be changed.
