Formula,  Celcius = 5 ( F - 32 ) / 9

Let's take an example!

Change 212 Fahrenheit to celcius,
  
Celcius = [5 ( F - 32 )] / 9
             = [5 ( 212 - 32)] / 9
             = [5 x 180] / 9 
             = 900/9
             = 100°
