22. NaHCO3 is basic in nature so the pH paper shoes dark blue colour..
23. we will few drops of solutions C in A and we will observe formation of scum and then we will add few drops of C in B , we will observe micelle formation taking place ..So, we will be able to identify A B and C like this.
For identifying D we will add few drops of D in A and we will find that scum is not produced so D Will be identified..
