for the second one

if you differentiate y wrt to t you will get velocity and if you again differentiate it you get acceleration.

v=b+2ct-4dt^3

a=2c-12dt^2

since we have to find acc and vel at the start of the journey so t=0

hence v=b and a=2c

ie 3rd option
