Atomic Size : Atomic Size of an atom is the distance from the center of the nucleus to the valence shell of an atom.
As the atomic Size increases, the distance between the nucleus and the valence shell ( which will receive the incoming electron) increases. The force of attraction between the nucleus and the incoming electron decreases and the electron affinity decreases.

Nuclear Charge: Nuclear charge is the positive charge present in the nucleus of the atom which is equal to the number of protons in the nucleus i.e. atomic number.
As the nuclear charge increases, the force of attraction between the nucleus and the incoming electron increases, therefore, the election affinity increases.
