present perfect continuous tense:- it express an action that has been started in the past and continue in the present. 

examples:-

1) he has been playing cricket for three hours.
2) she has been sleeping for five hours.
3) she has not been studying her books for five days.
4) he has been teaching in the school for four years.
5) they have been talking for the last hour.
