Hey!

There aren't particular rules for editing or ommission section! But, simply some common grammar rules.

1. Subject - verb agreement

A singular subject requires a singular verb and a plural subject requires a plural verb.

Use a singular verb is if subject is a phrase or clause.

Use singular verb if subject refers to the same person or thing.

2. Tense

Three main tense are present, past and perfect.

Paste tense

Simple past - v2
Past continuous- was + (v1 + ing)
Past Perfect - had + v2
Past Perfect Continuous - had + been + (v1 + ing)

Present tense

Simple present - v1
Present continuous - v1 + ing
Present Perfect - have + v3
Present Perfect Continuous - have + been + (v1 + ing)

Future tense

Simple Future - shall/ will + v1
Future Continuous - shall/ will + be + (v1 + ing)
Future perfect - shall / will + have + v3
Future perfect continuous - shall/ will + have + been + (v1 + ing)

3. Use adverbs and adjective in the correct way and correct place.

These are the common rules that you need to be aware of.

Hope it helps!

EDITING: ☆When we have to create a document then we see, sometimes we leave one or more word in sentence or line then we have to recover it we must have editing on that place .

OMISSION: ☆When we are in writing one or many sentence then we got one or more mistake then we have to replace the mistake word to correct .

Editting and Omission  test the student's skill in detecting mistakes.

To attempt this section you should read the passage carefully. Identify the tense of passage. Underline the error/identify the missing word. Look for errors/missing words in the use of the following:

●Determiners
